Hello, I'm Aslıgül. I teach English and I am continuing my MA in English Language Teaching.
Education and experience
I completed my BA in English Language Teaching at Eastern Mediterranean University in July 2024 and began an MA in the same field in September 2025. Since September 2024 I have also been studying International Relations in English at Anadolu University.
I began giving private English lessons in September 2021. I completed my teaching internship at Doğa College in Famagusta and then worked as an English Language Teacher at YDS Academy. Since September 2026 I have been teaching English online through Preply.
My teaching approach
I plan every lesson around the learner's goals, age, level, and interests. With a student-centered approach, I bring speaking, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation work together with real-life communication.
Helping learners feel confident when they use English is an essential part of every lesson, which is why I choose materials that suit each learner's age, level, and interests.
