Softening blunt feedback for a colleague
One to four players on one device roll the die and answer questions: a right answer climbs a ladder, a wrong one slides down a snake.

- Type the names of one to four players; they stay on this device only. Whoever's turn it is takes the device.
- Roll the die; your token moves that many squares and a question opens.
- A right answer climbs the ladder you stand at, or gives a +1 bonus step on a normal square; a wrong answer on a snake's head slides you down.
- The first to reach square 30 wins; if the questions run out, the player furthest ahead wins.
